Facts we hold on file, and facts we do not. We would rather tell you what we don't know than guess.
The Joint War Committee (a joint Lloyd's Market Association / International Underwriting Association committee) lists the northern Black Sea and Sea of Azov waters, from the Ukraine–Romania border east to the Russia–Georgia border, and all inland waters of Ukraine, as a listed area for hull war, piracy, terrorism and related perils. Our records show no Odesa shipment after 2019, and we hold no current Odesa rate.

The country of ultimate destination is where the goods are to be consumed, further processed, stored or manufactured, as known at export. A Polish port of discharge does not make Poland the destination.
