Three Headers and Three Augers - Two-Tier Mixed Container Load

The Ukrainian dealer independently sourced the three headers and three augers and delivered them to Meridian. Containerization was required for this project; the operational question was how to combine equipment of different lengths and shapes without creating damage or an impossible unloading sequence. Meridian nested one header inside another and constructed a second loading level above the lower machines. The approximately 30-ft John Deere 630F was positioned on the upper level with a deliberate offset to the right so the remaining components could fit around it. Two New Holland header augers and one Case IH header auger were then placed and secured alongside the header structure in a planned sequence. The team balanced the combined load, restrained the long components and preserved practical access for removing the equipment at destination. Meridian delivered the container to Chicago without reported delay, damage or route change during its documented scope. The client arranged the international and final legs, so no final-delivery result is attributed to Meridian.
