Four Headers - Three-Day Preparation and Two-Level Loading

In 2025 Meridian Freight prepared and loaded four headers into a container over about three days. Two headers were nested on the floor, an internal deck was built for the remaining two, and fasteners were boxed alongside. The load weighed about 9.5 metric tons, and Meridian handed the container over in Chicago.

The shipment

Two headers were nested on the container floor. Meridian then built an internal deck and positioned the remaining two units on the upper level. Fasteners and loose components were boxed and secured alongside the main structures. Preparation and loading occupied approximately three days. The resulting equipment load weighed about 9.5 metric tons. Meridian handed the container over in Chicago, and the dealer later completed delivery successfully.
