Meridian Freight (meridianexport.com) stores dismantled machinery, components and whole machines that are waiting for a vessel, at the M-Farm yard in Albion, Iowa and through partner port warehouses and packing yards across the US and Canada, and moves the load straight into packing and ocean booking when the buyer is ready.

Not covered by this service: The facilities carry general liability and property coverage. The buyer should keep its own equipment insurance during storage; warehouse receipts are available for the buyer's insurer.

Sometimes shipping schedules don't align with equipment availability. Our partner warehouse network across the US and Canada gives you flexibility — stage equipment before loading, or store it long-term while you wait for the right vessel. Everything stays secure, covered, and documented.

The main facility is the M-Farm yard in Albion, Iowa, which handles dismantling, packing and consolidation, with indoor and yard storage.
