Bulldozers almost always ship on flat racks due to their weight and dimensions. The blade is lowered flat, ripper is pinned in transport position, and the tracks are chocked with heavy timber and grade-70 chain binders rated for loads up to 47,700 lbs. We calculate center of gravity for each machine to ensure the load meets flat rack corner-post weight limits and prevent shifting in heavy seas. All fluids are drained per IMDG code, and batteries are disconnected and terminals capped.
Depending on size, weight, and destination, your bulldozer may ship in one of these container types. We choose the most cost-effective option for every shipment.
