Who confirms Ghana import duty and used-age admissibility?

The GRA sets the duty by classification, and agricultural machinery can qualify for a zero rate — verified per machine, never assumed. VAT and levies may still apply, and the GSA can require import inspection of used machinery. Your broker confirms the figures for your unit.
