Headers are placed on custom-welded transport stands or wooden cradles inside 40ft high-cube containers. Knife sections are covered with heavy-gauge steel protective guards, and draper belts are tensioned and pinned to prevent sagging during transit. Multiple headers can sometimes be stacked in a single container using tiered cradle systems to reduce per-unit shipping costs. All auger fingers and reel tines are individually protected with foam sleeves and secured with cable ties.
