Headers are wide, awkward to handle, and easy to damage during shipping if not packed correctly. We export Shelbourne, MacDon, Draper, and John Deere headers with custom-built crating that protects knife sections, auger fingers, and draper belts throughout ocean transit.
Get a QuoteWe have hands-on experience exporting these headers brands. No matter the model or year, we know how to disassemble, pack, and ship it.
These are some of the most popular models our clients export. We handle any model and year — if it rolls, tracks, or tows, we can ship it.
Headers are placed on custom-welded transport stands or wooden cradles inside 40ft high-cube containers. Knife sections are covered with protective guards, and draper belts are secured to prevent sagging. Multiple headers can sometimes be stacked in a single container to reduce shipping costs.
Depending on size, weight, and destination, your header may ship in one of these container types. We choose the most cost-effective option for every shipment.
