Four-Header Container Program - 20 Loads in the 2025 Peak Season
2025 case study: four John Deere 930F headers per container, 30 minutes to load and 12 metric tons each, across about 20 containers routed to Klaipeda.
Four employees prepared four John Deere 930F Flex headers over approximately two days. Once the dismantled units were staged in loading order, placing and securing all four in a container took about 30 minutes. Approximately 20 containers were dispatched during the peak period. Each carried about 12 metric tons of equipment. Containers were rotated continuously through the warehouse so the next set of prepared headers could be loaded without interrupting the packing line. The pictured program moved through New York to Klaipeda, where Meridian's responsibility ended. The dealer transferred the headers to Eurotrucks for final transportation to Kazakhstan. No unresolved complaint remained from the program.
