Headers
Shelbourne Reynolds CVS32 Headers - Custom Brackets to Kazakhstan
Two used Shelbourne Reynolds CVS32 headers arrived without stacking brackets, so Meridian Freight welded a custom bracket set that allowed one header to be carried above the other. The container went through Poti, by rail to Baku, by rail ferry across the Caspian Sea to Aktau and on toward Kostanay Region in about 90 days; the customer reported no damage.

The shipment
The two used headers arrived without the manufacturer's stacking brackets normally fitted to dedicated connection points. Meridian sourced steel, cut and drilled the material, and welded a custom bracket set that allowed one header to be carried above the other without improvising attachment points on the equipment. After both units were lashed, the container moved with MSC through Poti. It continued by rail to Baku, crossed the Caspian Sea on a rail ferry to Aktau and proceeded toward Kostanay Region. Final unloading took place at the farm in Karabalyk, north of Kostanay. Zernovaya Industriya's Agbidai unit handled the operation with a crane and forklifts. The customer reported that the headers arrived without damage after an approximately 90-day multimodal route.
