Sprayer booms are folded and additionally secured with 2-inch polyester strapping rated to 6,000 lbs to prevent deployment during transit. Chemical tanks are drained, triple-rinsed with neutralizing solution, and certified clean per IMO and destination country customs regulations. The high-clearance chassis often requires flat rack loading due to overall height. Nozzle tips and boom ends are individually wrapped in protective foam, and all electronics are removed and packed in moisture-sealed crates.
Depending on size, weight, and destination, your sprayer may ship in one of these container types. We choose the most cost-effective option for every shipment.
