Smaller loaders and skid steers fit inside 40ft high-cube containers with the bucket removed and secured alongside. Larger wheel loaders ship on flat racks with the bucket detached and loaded separately on the deck. Articulation joints are locked, steering cylinders are pinned, and all hydraulic quick-coupler lines are capped to prevent contamination during ocean transit. We use 4x6 hardwood blocking at all four wheels and minimum grade-43 chain binders to secure the machine.
Depending on size, weight, and destination, your loader may ship in one of these container types. We choose the most cost-effective option for every shipment.
