The same guide lists used or refurbished goods among the products subject to the permission and inspection of Turkey's Ministry of Trade, so the buyer's customs broker should confirm the permission for the specific machine before it ships. Which wood packaging rule applies to a container going to Mersin?

All wood packaging must meet ISPM 15, the International Plant Protection Convention standard that sets phytosanitary measures to reduce the risk of introducing and spreading quarantine pests with wood packaging material made from raw wood.
