2025 case study: stacking two John Deere 930F headers on one gooseneck trailer saved about $2,000 of first-mile haulage before a High Cube to Klaipeda.

Meridian purchased two John Deere 930F Flex headers from a local Indiana dealer and positioned them one above the other on a gooseneck trailer. The support and tie-down arrangement allowed both units to travel on the same collection trip without direct loading damage. Collecting both headers together avoided a second trip and saved approximately $2,000 in first-mile transport. At the warehouse they were combined with additional headers in a 40-foot High Cube container and routed through New York to Klaipeda. Meridian's responsibility ended in Klaipeda. The client arranged the transload and onward movement to Kazakhstan, where the headers were successfully received.
