Four Headers in One Container - Deep CLAAS Disassembly and Two-Level Packing

The dealer independently purchased the four headers, including equipment acquired through BigIron, and delivered them to Meridian's facility. Meridian's scope was limited to disassembly and packing. The CLAAS headers required nearly two days of detailed work. Their side panels, brackets and other width-critical elements were removed before the two lower headers could be nested. Meridian then built an internal deck from lumber and OSB panels above the lower tier. The Case IH 2020 and John Deere 925F were placed on the upper tier and secured with heavy-duty straps. The arrangement was designed to prevent the four machines from shifting toward one another while still allowing the complete group to fit in a single 40-foot High Cube container. Meridian's responsibility ended when the loaded container was handed over at the warehouse. The dealer arranged the international shipment to Ukraine.
