In 2025 Meridian Freight acquired a John Deere W235 windrower and matching header in Canada. After delivery by lowboy to the company's packing facility, the machine was dismantled and placed in a 40-foot High Cube container, routed through New York and Klaipeda to Kazakhstan, reassembled and put into service.

The shipment
Meridian acquired the windrower and matching header in Canada. The equipment was loaded onto a lowboy, cleared across the Canada-US border through Meridian's customs agent and delivered to the company's packing facility. The machine was dismantled and placed in a 40-foot High Cube container for routing through New York and Klaipeda to Kazakhstan. This was a controlled, routine containerization project rather than a cost-comparison case: no special delay, damage or loading complication was reported. The equipment reached Kazakhstan, was reassembled and entered service.
