Great Plains No-Till Drill - Purchase and Export
In 2014 Meridian Freight purchased a 30-foot Great Plains no-till drill in Ohio for a dealer in Ukraine. Meridian Freight transported it with its own equipment to the packing facility, where it was disassembled, prepared for export and loaded into a container. The container moved through Chicago and the Port of New York to the Port of Odesa.

The shipment
In 2014, Meridian Freight purchased a 30-foot Great Plains mechanical no-till drill from an equipment dealer in Ohio for an agricultural equipment dealer in Ukraine. Meridian Freight transported the drill using its own equipment to the packing facility, where the machine was disassembled, prepared for export and loaded into a container. The container then moved through Chicago and the Port of New York to the Port of Odesa.
