Top Air Onion Harvester - Factory-to-Port Export Project

The customer required full English-language commercial coordination for this specialized onion-harvesting machine. Meridian contacted the Idaho manufacturer, conducted the negotiations and established an agreed transaction structure under which the customer paid Meridian and Meridian paid the factory. The manufacturer built the harvester for the order. After production, Meridian positioned an empty container from Tacoma directly at the factory loading dock. The manufacturer loaded and secured its own machine inside the container, using its product knowledge to control the factory loading arrangement. The sealed container returned to Tacoma and traveled across the Pacific, continuing through the Asian and Indian Ocean routing network before reaching Odesa. The approximately 80-90-day transit reflected the long routing from the U.S. Pacific Northwest to the Black Sea. Meridian's responsibility ended at the Port of Odesa. The project was completed without reported delay or damage.
