Yes. Sourcing construction and agricultural equipment parts across the US dealer, aftermarket and salvage network — matched by part number — is a core service, shipped alongside or ahead of machine orders.

How do you decide between flat rack, RoRo and container?

By the machine's true weight and dimensions and whether it self-propels or needs dismantling. That's why we ask for measurements before quoting: load format is most of the freight price. Parts consolidate into shared container space.

Will there be import duty and VAT on my machine in Egypt?

It depends on classification; a reduced VAT rate can apply to qualifying production equipment. The figures for your unit come from your Egyptian broker per shipment, not from a website.

Who clears Egyptian customs?

Your licensed Egyptian broker files the entry and clears the machine at Alexandria. We don't clear Egyptian customs ourselves: we prepare the export documents with the ACID you file in Nafeza, and we can work with your broker directly on the GOEIC step.

Heavy equipment is planned from the tape measure out. We confirm the machine, verify it at origin, arrange conformity, then match it to flat rack, RoRo or container space for the Alexandria sailing.

A listing or spec sheet with weight and dimensions, or the part numbers you need. Excavator, loader, grader or a pallet of parts: the specifics drive the plan.

We verify it at origin

Condition, hours, undercarriage wear and completeness are checked on the ground before any money moves. Oversize units are measured for the load plan at the same visit.

Documents, load format and freight

Our export documents carry the ACID you obtain in Nafeza, and the GOEIC conformity step is your broker's. Flat rack, RoRo or container is chosen by the machine's true weight and dimensions; parts consolidate into shared space.

Your broker clears it at Alexandria

Your licensed Egyptian broker files the entry and clears the cargo at Alexandria, working from the export documents we prepared at origin.

Meridian's scope ends where Egypt's tariff begins. A licensed Egyptian customs broker confirms the exact duty line, VAT and used-goods admissibility for your specific machine or parts against the current Egyptian Customs Authority tariff before you commit funds. A reduced VAT rate can apply to qualifying production equipment. Used machinery is subject to GOEIC conformity assessment, and every shipment pre-registers through the Nafeza/ACID single-window.
