Process
How we handle the shipment
Every shipment runs in the same order: confirm the tractor, inspect it, move it. Condition, implements and documents are settled before the freight is booked, so the entry doesn't stall at Alexandria.
Send us the tractor
A listing link or the make, model, year, hours and US location. If you only know the horsepower class and implements you need, we search the dealer and auction network for candidates.
We inspect at origin
We put eyes on the machine: condition, hours, completeness and whether the implements match the listing. We also have it cleaned of soil and plant debris so it doesn't stall on arrival.
Documents and the ACID
Export documents and the phytosanitary certificate where required, prepared before shipment. You register the shipment in Nafeza and receive the ACID before it loads; our export documents carry that number. The GOEIC conformity step is your broker's.
Your broker clears it at Alexandria
Your licensed Egyptian broker files the entry and takes the tractor through clearance, working from the export documents we prepared at origin.

The US side is ours; the Egyptian figures are not. A licensed Egyptian customs broker confirms the exact duty line, VAT and used-goods admissibility for your specific tractor against the current Egyptian Customs Authority tariff before you commit funds. A reduced VAT rate can apply to qualifying production equipment, but that is verified per machine. Used machinery is subject to GOEIC conformity assessment, and every shipment pre-registers through the Nafeza/ACID single-window.
