Since 2013, we've shipped 1000+ pieces of heavy equipment from the USA and Canada to ports in Latin America, Africa, the Middle East, and Central Asia. We handle the entire chain — pickup, dismantling, packing, documentation, and ocean freight — so international buyers don't have to coordinate multiple vendors.
Meridian Freight Inc. is a machinery export and freight forwarding company founded in 2013, operating out of Albion, IA, where machinery is packed and loaded for export, and licensed by the U.S. Federal Maritime Commission as an Ocean Transportation Intermediary (license 024914NF). We move used agricultural and construction machinery and John Deere parts from the United States and Canada to buyers in Latin America, Africa, the Middle East and Central Asia.
From Albion, Iowa to 40+ countries
Since 2013 we've operated out of Albion, Iowa, packing and shipping heavy equipment for international buyers. More than 1,000 machines have passed through our yard on their way to farms and job sites in 40+ countries across six continents.
We work directly with Maersk, Hapag-Lloyd, and CMA CGM, hold our own FMC license, and answer buyers in Ukrainian, Russian, Spanish, Kazakh, and English. One company, one invoice — pickup, dismantling, packing, documentation, and ocean freight.
